The breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown. They seemed understaffed. it was hard to get an omelette because one person was handling both the egg and noodle stations. A long queue was always there. also, i requested a late check-out since it was a weekday, but i was told i needed to pay extra. i thought that was a bit much, especially since i am a repeat customer.

I stayed for several nights and found some things to be excellent. The shuttle service to the metro made getting around very easy. The hotel's commitment to sustainability is great. Water fountains are installed on each floor. I especially loved the river view, it was a treat every morning.
The hotel is a bit far from the main shopping areas.

The room was spacious and clean, I enjoyed the view towards north. The breakfast buffet offered a vast variety of choices, everybody found a tasty dish.
The front office staff did not advise me that if I book online, the price of my extension period will be much cheaper. I was charged much higher at the front office for the extension, I felt ripped off. We are repeat long-stay customers of this hotel, however, I am disappointed about my stay because of a lack of personal service.

The location rocks! The airport bus stops super close, and that shuttle bus to the MTR? Very convenient! The staff is great, super courteous and helpful. My room, high up on the 25th floor, had great views and plenty of privacy.
The elevator setup was a bit confusing at first! They should totally explain it better on arrival.
