convenient location
clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
the room was very CLEAN and tidy. the bed was pretty comfortable. housekeeping was good WITH friendly staff providing good service, very helpful. I am charmed.

long queue extra charge
The breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown. They seemed understaffed. it was hard to get an omelette because one person was handling both the egg and noodle stations. A long queue was always there. also, i requested a late check-out since it was a weekday, but i was told i needed to pay extra. i thought that was a bit much, especially since i am a repeat customer.

great experience excellent service patient staff
The staff was very kind! they were informative about the delicious food served. It. the staff were also patient explaining everything. i would like to commend the excellent service.
The lobby was a bit stuffy. I noticed it upon arrival.

Excellent stay, great amenities
metro shuttle sustainability commitment river view
I stayed for several nights and found some things to be excellent. The shuttle service to the metro made getting around very easy. The hotel's commitment to sustainability is great. Water fountains are installed on each floor. I especially loved the river view, it was a treat every morning.
The hotel is a bit far from the main shopping areas.

Concierge staff were helpful. I appreciated the easy check-in process. The shuttle bus drivers were also very friendly and helpful . They provided useful information.

The room design was clean and functional, with a spacious feel given the location. The air quality was reasonably good. This is important to me. The housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

vast variety breakfast buffet helpful staff spacious room high charge lack of service extension period
The room was spacious and clean, I enjoyed the view towards north. The breakfast buffet offered a vast variety of choices, everybody found a tasty dish.
The front office staff did not advise me that if I book online, the price of my extension period will be much cheaper. I was charged much higher at the front office for the extension, I felt ripped off. We are repeat long-stay customers of this hotel, however, I am disappointed about my stay because of a lack of personal service.

Fantastic Stay!
convenient shuttle bus helpful staff excellent views
The location rocks! The airport bus stops super close, and that shuttle bus to the MTR? Very convenient! The staff is great, super courteous and helpful. My room, high up on the 25th floor, had great views and plenty of privacy.
The elevator setup was a bit confusing at first! They should totally explain it better on arrival.

The hotel provides a self-laundry service on the third floor. An infinity pool offers great views and a relaxing environment . There is also a gym equipped with towels, water, and changing areas.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The room had sound isolation, so no noise from neighbors. There is great temperature control inside the room.
